Calino Residence, Putney
The Calino home is a new modern 2 storey dwelling in PUTNEY, Sydney.
A rather long site, the goal was to provide an open form design with maximize natural light with Independent living areas and parking for up to 5 cars without the need of a basement.
The end result was a success in that the dwelling utilized the length of the site which included internal courtyards, tree gardens and level changes to follow the natural topography of the land, and parking for 5 cars with no basement.
